I understood the movie but didn't understand the full story of the "body". I get how it was an eye and they needed the heart to pump for the crops to grow. It should have been a back story in the beginning of the movie to explain the quest of the father. He was very dedicated to the quest, why? He did he really leave his family behind for a gigantic eye? Does the eye and heart belong to the turtle shown at the end of the movie?
