Maxwell Sachnik (Max)

The Northman’s cinematography and plot both did a spectacular job at combining together to pull me into the story. As for the combat, I really saw the weight of the strikes being showcased very well, and pacing was compelling. The portrayal of real ancient norse mythology throughout the film was phenomenal, there was not too much, and not too little of it. The Northman’s graphic nature isn’t for everyone, but if you can handle violence, gore and nonetheless enjoy amazing visuals, stunning fight scenes, and remarkable storytelling then I can’t recommend this movie enough.
