Really enjoying the show, but so disappointed that the U.S. judges comprised three white men, after having touted the diversity of the country’s cuisine. As far as I can tell, most of these guys are only marginally qualified to critique cooking. Furthermore, the fact that they chose Thanksgiving as the national meal was such an unfortunate representation of the colonial history of our country. Use your platform to advance the rich layers of cultural cuisine and personality that we have to offer in the United States.
