Refreshing to see a show that does not use cliché plot points. The bad guy is bad, but at times has some good qualities...like Shrek, he's an onion; has layers...( haha). Frank Griffin (Jeff Daniels) plays this role superbly and is worthy of the title villain. But he doesn't hold all the attention, there are many characters and subplots that are well developed and written.
I kept watching all the episodes right to the end, never getting tired or bored with the developing story and characters. I was always looking forward to finding time to sit and watch the next installment. Quality show worth watching.
