Romulus definitely revived the Franchise back into its original Horror Routes. The only things that I had issues with was the very visual and utterly disappointing character decisions. Like not their design, not their story, nor their background, but just the decisions the characters make in this film is like the scary movie equivalent of run out the door, grab the gun, or grab the grenade, or trip and fall. Most of the characters followed the trip and fall decision. But besides that, the story was intriguing, added new lore to Facehuggers, added a few Monstrosities, added a few.. deaths. And overall was an enjoyable, scary and fun experience. The actors did a great job acting, and the story was honestly easy to follow. So id say its a must watch.
