One of the best, most thought out and inclusive series you’ll find on tv. It’s amazing the way this series captures how ppl lived their lives and still do. It does it through a lens of focusing on both the struggles and hardships of these minorities (ie: trans women of colour and gay people of colour), but also provides a sense of hope. Brilliant actors and actresses, amazing storytelling that really keeps you on the edge of your seat and continually entertained. It’s one of the rare series that never has a “filler episode”. They have really created a work of art with so much love poured into it I am so greatful I found this series

The most “heteronormative” series you will find that is still being made. Dry, boring, has no diversity in the cast. Not even a “main side kick who is of colour or not heterosexual. However, is the perfect show to put on if you want to pay more attention to your phone with something else on in the background…. I think the simplest description of this show is: “Very white” and perfect for those who don’t want to “expose their families to anything but white hetero people winning at life”
