Absolutely brilliant and hilarious. Fabulous dialogue, plots, characters; subtle, smart social observations about people of different generations and work cultures and just life in general, noticeable whilst enjoying the laugh-out-loud humor. A series especially dear to my heart as a Melbournian (the tram dings are iconic sounds) and ex lawyer. A lot of the other reviews go into more details and I enjoyed reading them. I wanted to mention I have seen some recent reviews from people who have watched it on Netflix snd disappointed there only seems to be one season with six episodes. A second season has been filmed and already showing in Australia (just finished it - also excellent!) on the ABC iview app. Not sure if the app is available overseas. Hopefully Netflix will show the second season soon and they will also film a third season and more! Also, it’s interesting many of the actors have had illustrious careers before this show and it is worth checking these out. Eg Kitty Flanagan (of course!), and also Aaron Chen, in their own standup comedy. And Helen Zemiro has had her own TV shows in Australia, to name a few examples.
