First i like to point out to Nabokov that what type of audience he was writing this book because i find the book very distracting, there are a lot of french words which he was very proudly flaunting, i have to tell you, reading lolita you have to know french otherwise it will be very difficult and distracting at the same time which i tell you because you have to translate the sentences which will kill the flow of your reading and which might make you lost for a while.
