So, I thought I had written a review but it went missing. We were told our 3 beds, 3 mattresses (king, queen, and full), 2 drawers, two chest, coffee table, couch, dining table with 4 chairs, and chaise lounge would take about 4 to 5 hours to move from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom house we had just bought. Hampton to Williamsburg. It took 9 hours, cost $3k, they broke 2 important furniture pieces, and scuffed the walls up the stairs in 4 to 6 spots. We were supposed to get a $100 rebate after I paid for the entire move at 2:05 pm and they Finnick finished by 4:30 (so half of $199 back); never got it. We have submitted a broke furniture form and requested they pay us back for the 4 big items they left at the old apartment (that had big reminders on them that the should be taken). Still waiting, will update. But so far, awful, disappointed, so sad about my favorite chest they broke, and the damage they did. Update after we see what happens with the form.
