I watched this program for the first time tonight and found it amusing that they stated Americans are wanting more governmental assistance using social security as an example. I’m not impressed that these professionals would use government assistance and social security in the same sentence when in fact, social security tax is paid by employees and employers to fund retirement, disability and survivorship benefits. It is not funded by the government, it is funded by we the people!
