My kids (5 and 6), and me really, spent 50% of the movie either bored or confused. That "off the cuff" humour that often doesn't land well. Flimsy premise with lots of plot holes you're supposed to ignore. That said, great nostalgic Barbie references, cool sets and costumes, and handful of quotable lines.
