There is a term that defines the action decided by Pres Trump. That term is 'courage'. The definition applies because 'we' as a country have finally stood firm in the face of a deadly fork in the road, and chose to face our enemy instead of cowarding. Having courage is more than talk, it means to make a decision to face the danger, becaus it is the right thing to do, even though the outcome is uncertain.
