For all they hype over the protagonist being treated like a regular person, it could easily be mistaken that the devs just didn't write a plot. This game is bare bones, from the concept to the sound effects. There is nothing in this game we haven't seen before. The graphics are sub par and dated, the combat is floaty and flimsy, the level of world detail is the pits. This game costs 40 dollars? 40 dollars for a dedicated "drop backpack" button. Games releasing in 2019 have no business being this ugly or devoid of fun. My only hope is that through updates we get a better example of what this game should be, like No Man's Sky.
