The game is fantastic. Some will disparage the card mechanics but I find it to be a lot of fun once you chunk into it. I will say that the main character is heavily influenced by the Daniel Ketch Ghost Rider. Being able to pal around with super heroes and go on missions is fantastic. I enjoy the rpg aspects and the leveling mechanic is definitely deep in the right way. There is a ton to do before every mission. The four star review difference is only due to the lack of connection I have to the main character. The marvel cast of characters are all well fleshed out and definitely feel like their MCU and comic counter parts. Tony Stark is pompous and quips jokes all the time. Captain Marvel is always mindful of how powerful and unapproachable she is as a result. Magik's back story is tragic and deep. The tactics with Captain America is fun. And I am about 20-30 hours in and have a ways to go. What fault do I have? That a ghost rider was the protagonist because it was really his story in the comics.
