The director of this movie obviously didn't do their homework before producing it. The Lancaster Pennsylvania Amish do not believe in flying nor do they wear buttons on their clothes. They do not shunn their youth if they decide to go the Englisher ways before they get baptized. So many discrepancies with the way Amish actually live. If you can get past that the movie was quite good.
