There are a lot of twists at the end... but they are all set up from the very first scene. Virtually every line in the story leads to the ending. Even knowing that, it's highly likely you won't see the final twist coming. The acting is on point. The gore is kept to an absolute minimum. It is more implied than shown. The plot is original. All the twists tie back to previous scenes... unlike 6th Sense... the clues are right there in your face.
