Jane Fink

I really enjoyed this film - Emily Blunt was lovely as Mary Poppins and the music was catchy. The story was dramatic enough to interest and the children were cute and plucky. I found myself tapping my toes and laughing throughout this film. Delightful is the word that comes to mind. It does not replace my memories of the original film but I find this to be a supplement to it. They go side by side. I had to really work to suspend belief for Lin Manuel Miranda's role in the film but work I did and ended up enjoying him too. All in all a good installation in this series of stories.

Delivers the action and the laughs and with Idris Elba in it as the villain. You cannot go wrong!
