Though not a big fan of DC comics and a huge fan of Marvel comics I must honestly say that Captain Marvel is an enjoyable movie. A pretty decent story line in a fantasy world sort of way. Good action and nice special effects through out the movie. As a veteran of the Air Force I thought Captain Marvel before gaining her super powers looked pretty sharp wearing her flight suit and piloting an aircraft I never encountered while serving in the Air Force. After gaining her super powers she is one tough woman to recon with. She can certainly kick Spider mans' butt as well as most of Marvel comics super heroes. She would give Super Girl a run for her money. Ok I quess I took a liken to her. This is a movie well worth viewing if you are into super hero movies. A very strong female lead role for a change. I would definitely go see this movie again in the future.

I went to see this movie the other evening and I must say I was rather disappointed. It was not as thrilling as I had expected. I think that the original film was better. Though it had some nice background scenes through out and some chilling moments it still did not meet my expectations. I do admit that the movie was well played and acted but somehow the wow! factor was just not there.

Well not to be a bad sport I did see the film and I could not see the big hype about the movie. I found the first half a bit boring and it picked up the second half and yes I do agree the fight sequence was epic. The movie itself not so in my opinion. It was great to see young Spider man back since he is my favorite Marvel comics super hero. It is a good movie overall and worth seeing. Every actor played their parts well, excellent special effects and a bit of humor and sadness thrown in as well. If you are a big fan of Marvel comics and their movies you will enjoy this one..

A movie well worth going to see! I as a senior really enjoyed this film! It had plenty of action and heart warming comedy! I am sure the younger folks will love it! A real feel good movie for the whole family!

By far the best Spider Man movie I have ever seen! I was totally entertained from the beginning to the very end. Truly a fantastic final tribute to the late great Stan Lee. Superbly made with lots of action, outstanding special effects, breathtaking shots of different countries in Europe, light humor and cute romance. Young Spidey meets his match with a very cunning and smart enemy who pretends to be a super hero and is very convincing. It was a treat to see Spider man's aunt May in her younger unmarried days. Be sure not to leave during the credits after the completion of the movie. Quite a shocker is revealed at the end of the credits.
