I will never use grayhound again. This is the second time in this trip that my bus has been delayed or cancelled. This time the drive is 3 hours late and gray hound decided that they don't want to call in a different driver. This is crazy to me I got no accommodations or a refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING GRAYHOUND.
