I wasn't able to read the books and only played a bit of the game. With no knowledge of the lore I was amazed by how the series built its world and easily setup rules that doesn't just feel like nonsense exposition. The whole structure of the series was well thought out as well. I loved the moment I've realized how the storylines were being told. The relatio ship and tension between the characters were believable and interesting. The fight scenes were very well choreographed especially the 1st and 8th episodes, and Henry Cavill as the White Wolf was great in the role. Some nudity could have been lessened, and pacing on some episodes may be a bit messy. Overall I loved the series and extremely excited for season 2!
