Nope. Trying to fix a real world problem (Sony spewing out the same story line with different actors in order to maintain rights) by writing a terrible story to cover it up. Leave the real world out of it, they should have just produced a decent Spiderman series and spliced that into the Marvel movies. Was drawn into Marvel in the Iron Man era, slowly fell out of love with it as the film's have progressed and plot chasms have opened up (Deadpool inconsistency being another one). Think its time to find something else to waste my time watching. Yes, I'm picky. I know it's only a film. No I can't let it go.
