Bro, I don’t know how this is not more popular. This made me cry when I was younger and every time I scroll through Netflix looking for something to watch I see this show and pause everything for a minute. This show immersed me like no other. It is by far my top 5 favorite series. I see a lot of shows and movies, and after spending a lot of time watching them you start to predict things. I started to hate shows and stop watching movies after I guessed the whole plotline within the first 10 minutes. Granted there are some shows and movies that you can guess the plot line and it's still good but the vast majority of shows and movies are boring. THIS SERIES IS UNPREDICTABLE and that’s amazing. Some people can’t understand “why would they kill that character” or “why don’t I get the happy ending I so desperately desire”, but they don’t understand the fact that if you made the plot line like any other show it becomes predictable, and though you may think that you would like the show better if so and so didn’t die you really feel attached to the characters and the show becomes more deep than any other boring old show. -Ari 10/10 Edit- And the fact that it’s not afraid to cover the sad topic of genocide and sexim just makes it all the more touching.
