The book consists of the series of events right from the writer's childhood days till his death. You'll find how one's cast keeps them in the rooster coop for several decades. "No doubt, it still continues". And shows the struggle of one of them(the writer) to come out of that and voice up for the communities. His autobiography is more than enough to understand the cast oppression. An oppression, which begins right from one's surname (cast name) and goes endlessly. Today, when we talk about equality, equity and human-rights, I found it quite relevant and important to share my review over the book.
A must read.
