I read this book years ago when I was living in London and after my father had accused me of being like Oblomov! Quite untrue! While in London, I went to a play version of the Oblomov story written by Spike Milligan who played the part of Oblomov! It was hilariously funny (unlike the novel!) and I have never forgotten the story fifty years after first reading it! Cheers 😀
