I watched the TV show on Netflix first, which I really enjoyed and lead me to read the book. I really liked the book a lot. I just hoped there would be more books in the series because it felt a little open-ended in both the book and on Netflix. I hope Netflix will at least do another season to continue the story.

When I bought this book, I had no idea what to expect. I assumed I was just getting a teen book of sorts, and I was surprised that it was very sexually graphic. As a 26-year-old woman, this did not bother me; instead, I quite enjoyed it. However, I can see how it is a little misleading for children and why some parents are so angry. The book itself got me hooked on romance (rom-com) books, and I haven't looked back since. I am so excited for her next book to come out.
