If you liked the first IT you will enjoy the second part, more Pennywise in different forms. It's full of more scares but I do think most are forgettable because they rely on jump scares more often than I would have liked. The scares that work do work very well. The use of cgi is a little too much in my opinion, some cgi is good, the other kind of takes you out of the movie at times. Even though this is almost a 3 hour long movie, I personally sat through about 85% of the movie entertained. Your enjoyment of this movie will depend if you care about the IT universe and the characters overall stories, for others you might think this is a long movie. For fans I think IT chapter 2 is a good time, 8/10.
