Watched this during it's original run. Been a fan of Harry Anderson since he was making appearances on SNL & continued to watch him as 'Harry the Hat ' from the first esp to the last. Amazingly, Night Court was not made for him even though it seems like it was as it told the producers "I am that guy"! Every since the announcement of the reboot a couple of yrs ago I have been rewatching this original series with delight. As much as I am trying to like the new series nothing compares to the original.

I love love the original and watch it all the time. Been a fan of Harry Anderson since his guest spots on SNL. The original always makes me laugh/smile and I always find something new when I watch it. So, I was excited to see that John Larquorette was back in this & Melissa Rauch was a fan of the original. However, they totally screwed up the timeline of the show and of Harry Stone by having Abby his 33 yr old daughter. If she is 33 she had to be born during season 7 of the show. Not only that in the first esp she says that she is now the youngest judge ever when the was esp in the original where their was a judge that agem Having watch all of the new esps so far none of them make me want to watch again unlike the original. They already changed the opening credits and some of the cast and gotten rid the Easter eggs of Harry in Abby's office none of which is a a good sign in season 2 of a show..
