I will give a very honest review : on my first watch I really hated it, I was probably comparing it too much to the 2 Peter Jackson trilogies. Now I am on my second rewatch, and knowing better the character I have to say I had been amazed by the decors costumes and story, everything seems to make more sense. And I find it to be fair very respectful from the Peter Jackson heritage visually speaking. So friend don’t stay on a first bad impression this an excellent tv show for the LOTR fans .
