Fourth Wing completely surprised me in the best way! The world Rebecca Yarros creates is so vivid and immersive—dragons, a war college, and the constant tension of survival. Violet Sorrengail is a relatable, strong character who grows in such a satisfying way throughout the story. And the romance? It’s just the right amount of slow-burn, with Xaden being a perfectly complicated love interest. This book has a great balance of action, character development, and heart. If you’re into fantasy with a dash of romance, this one is definitely worth your time!
