This is one of the worse basketball gaming experiences there is. There isn’t a better option out there though, so they get away with everything. The game will kick you out in the middle of an online game by saying “2k has encountered a problem.” So you get kicked out of a game you was winning and enjoying. Then 2k reads it as if you “quit” the game. So now you get banned for 1-2 hours for “unsportsmanship” depending on how many times they kicked you. Then you email support and they give you 10,000 VC to make up for the inconvenience which isn’t enough to buy much of anything since everything is so expensive. Meanwhile, my record is tarnished, which they say there is nothing we can do about it, and I can’t enjoy my game. This is just the tip of the iceberg for reported problems the community has. They never FIX anything either. These problems continue to persist year after year all throughout the year. This company is terrible!!!!!! I will not be buying 2k25
