My family traveled on our first out of the country vacation. When we landed to our destination, one of our two suitcases was missing. We filed a claim at the airport and were told someone will get in contact with us reference to our luggage. We arrived 5/29 and today is 5/31. Frontier doesn’t have a phone number to call so I have been trying to communicate via a “live” representative through texting but they do not answer anywhere near what my question I was asking and they disappear and don’t come back. We have been here with nothing for my husband, my son and quit a few items for myself because it was in the lost luggage. This should have been an expedited matter and if nothing more, they should be communicating us with any updates or giving the status of our claim. I will NEVER travel Frontier again! So disappointed in their lack of communication and lack of urgency! We have had to pay out of pocket for cloths and other items out of pocket which is very expensive at the Resort we are staying at. Our vacation has been completely ruined!
