Sir as a 21 year veteran of this great nation I have been under good and bad leadership. However I do not condone how you treat your workers. I understand that you may be under financial restrainst and deadlines but I am sorry to say that that does not give you the ok to do those things to your employees. Also if I had anything to say about it I would tell you to pack it. You fired that welder, did you did't even give her a chance to explain her family dynamic did your wife explain why she called out and you could tell she was taken by surprise and I can see how she would not be able to respond for your TV show. Especially after he chewed her out for making a mistake that he was not happy with. Instead of trying to be a respecful employer, no you didn't instead you just towted that it was easy to fire her on live Netflicks with your bookkeeper laughing by your side. At this point I do not understand how netflicks supports this but you are not respectful and I would never want to work for you and your show as far as I am considerd is a farce.
