Am I the only one that understands how a river works. I liked the movie until they made up a tributary and even said it. A tributary brings two rivers together. The only time a river separates is at a delta going into the ocean or rarely a lake maybe which they call a distributary such as the Mississippi at its delta. This isn’t a Simpson’s episode. River’s don’t just separate with a new path that high up in elevation and take its own. I did like how they made the movie similar but different. They apparently didn’t listen to the expert of river knowledge that I’m sure told the director. That would have screwed up the whole story line and you can’t do that.
