These stupid white pretentious assholes charred veggies for chili verde and proceeded to scrape off the charred parts. What is the point? Then they roasted tortillas directly on the burner until they were blackened and that was ok. They know absolutely nothing about Mexican cooking and should not be passing themselves off as authorities. I am a mere amateur cook and still I can see through their total BS.
