Firstly I am a big fan of Star Wars and always have been. When they released the Force Awakens I was in my element! I loved the new story, the hero's and the oh so many questions it left behind (4.5 Stars). Then onto The Last Jedi...….at first I was unsure what the think as my questions from the FA hadn't been answered and I then had a whole lot more questions with a confused and frustrated feeling. It took me a few times to watch it just to take it all in as it was a bit messy but it definitely was not a bad movie, good content but the action lacked a bit (3 Stars). Then, on the 19th of December I went along to see The Rise of Skywalker. My expectations were unfortunately extremely high as JJ was back steering the ship and this movie had to be, needed to be and MUST BE EPIC...……………………. One thing is for sure, they ABSOLUTELY NAILED IT!! By far the best Star Wars movie/ending I have ever seen! The action was elegant yet brutal, every question answered without lingering on one for too long, comedy was in perfect balance with keeping the serious aspect alive. I remember when I first seen The Last Jedi I felt exhaust and kept looking at my watch but in The Rise of Skywalker it was a different story. Every 15-20mins I kept thinking to myself 'I f**king love this movie'. Not one part of it I was disappointed with, the excitement and the trill was real, it was back!!! Even if someone wasn't that into the Star Wars movies, they would still leave with a smile on their face, isn't that what a Star Wars movie is supposed to do?! Well JJ, you certainly done it for me!! And Rey's lightsaber at the end? Nice touch sir, what a way to leave it ;) This is the first time I have ever left a review, I am 25 years old and not very good with words but after how I felt leaving that cinema yesterday and waking up with the want and need to go back and see it again the next day I felt like I should. No movie has ever made me this happy (sad but true) and too many people want to hate it and everything Star Wars is about. I don't talk to people about star wars who hate it, so do us all a favour and don't talk to us about something you simply do not understand. *****THIS MOVIE IS 5 STAR'S ALL DAY LONG!*****

I enjoyed this show more than I ever expected. The story, the cast, the magic, the friendships and relationships were all so perfectly done. I tried not to binge watch as there was only two seasons and I wanted it to last. And the ending……it left me buzzing for the next season only to find out it has been cancelled. Genuinely so gutted, if I win the lotto I swear I will fund season 3. Heart broken 💔 10/10 - anyone who wants to disconnect from our crazy world, this is a must watch.
