I found it boring and trite. The lead female character was very shallow. Might have been believable if they were 20 somethings but both are in their 40s. stereotyped Jewish characters were cringey at best. Many took issue with the man giving it all up for love but isn't that considered romantic when a woman does it? I found the role reversal refreshing.

It's hysterical. The lead Tudyk is so good and his part very well written. The plot doesn't matter. I am all in for the puns on humanity. Season one was good but seaon two is laugh out loud funny and so good

Sexist some old trope. I wondered if I had been tranported to 1972 where inappropriate sexual hyjenks with a subordinate to make another subordinate mad was sexy and not grounds for dismissal. It's a lonely man's fantasy to be a talented handsome educated man about town with a nagging secret. Set in a glamorous setting, he's vying for the affection of the one hot much younger, but unattainable, girl. Men have all the power here. Even the talented Elizabeth Soo is reduced to eye candy and a prize the male leads fight over like teen boys. Time to update these sad empty scripts. If it just focused on the medical procedurals it could be good.

To enjoy the first half you really had to have seen the first two Deadpool movies and be up to speed on all Marvel story lines. The last half had an actual plot but even that paid too much homage to the Marvel Cinematic Universe and not enough to a story line.

Meh. The production value is great. Wonderful supporting cast. But the leads were miscast, especially the leading man. On top of that they have zero chemistry and the writers/director did little to setup the love story.

Can't get over how old the actors are. They don't look like teens at all. Should have just aged the characters into their mid 20s.

I suppose if you were a 14-year-old girl looking for a dummied down version of the devil wears Prada this might work. this might be right up your alley. Gina Gugino tried but she couldn't carry the bad script and direction much less poor performances by her costars. Had it been roughed up a bit it may have been worth the watch but as a syruppy almost sitcom it fails. Skip it.

I really wanted to like the series as I like the Elsbeth character. It’s too bad the writing is so poor. The whole plot line is unbelievable. Unfortunately each week the procedural is boring. We already know who done it. It reminds me of a bad 90s sitcom. Expected better. Go back to the court room.

Liam Neilson was way too old for this part. He’s playing in man 25 years is junior and it shows. It throws the script off. Early on he’s referenced as having been of the age to be in World War I. What? Did he enlist at 45?

I guess hindsight is 20/20 but this show doesn't pass the test of time. It's only 12 years old and yet it's very dated with offensive tropes. The women are all gorgeous wearing sleaveless tight dresses and stilettoes to work while the men look like they rolled out of bed. Lots of racist profiling and over the top patriotic tones.
