I am a huge NCIS fan. I have watched all the episodes of The original, LA and New Orleans. That’s an enormous amount of time. Each show is different with a different spin on telling the stories. I have watched 1.5 episodes of Hawaii and sadly so unimpressed and may not watch more. Trying to give it the benefit of the doubt and go a little further but it’s almost painful. The cast seems way to young for the positions they are portraying. I am all for a few younger but this is over the top. The writing isn’t smooth and really doesn’t have a good flow. Jerky comes to mind. The acting is fair but may be biased because of bad scripting. An Ncis Hawaii has so much potential especially after Hawaii 5-0 is no longer. I only hope the writers will step up if there is a season two and some older cast members are brought in to help balance it out and become more realistic.
