A Review of the movie “Abrahaminte Santhathikal” by Mahadev Chennithala “Abrahaminte Santhathikal” is the debut movie of Director Shaji Padoor .As a debutant he has shown his maximum talent in this. Megastar Mammootty is in the lead role as Police officer Derrick Abraham. The story, screenplay and dialogue of the movie are made by Haneef Adeni. A marvellous work is done by the head of photography Mr.Alby. Music and Background score is done by Gopi Sundar which should be praised. The starting of movie is a little bit interesting with the super entry of hero Mammootty. But, eventually it turns to an emotional thriller. Acting of Anson Paul who is Philip Abraham in the movie was good, but not up to a professional style. The film mostly consist an emotional style, while romance is also mixed up with it. Chemistry in love of Anson Paul and his lover was not really much interesting. The movements of serious Killer in the starting was amazing with lights and shadows .Editing of the movie is handled by Mahesh Narayanan which was not bad. Performance by Kaniha, Kalabhavan Shajon, Renji Panicker, Siddique who were in pivotal roles was nice. Coding system in walls by the killer raised curiosity in audience. The story becomes more serious after the murder of Tarushi who plays the character Aleena(Lover of Philip). After a few days Philip becomes imprisoned and Derrick’s attempts to save him continues. We can see a drunken Derrick when his brother Philip avoids him. Revenge attempts are planned by Siddique and his friend in a tremendous way. Stunt between brothers in supermarket and car chase made audience very much excited. Action scenes were less compared to other Mammootty films whereas the consisting was excellent. We think that the movie is an average one only up to its climax. At last we realizes that the escape plan of Philip was choreographed by Derrick in a wise way. Stunt scenes, some bible quotes and punch dialogues made Goosebumps occasionally. Suspense of the movie is captured in an excellent, super way. We feels very much attached to the story in last few moments. As a debutant Shaji Padoor’s creativity has reached to high standards. Anyway this is a suspense-emotional thriller and one of the best films of Mammukka which should be recommended to our dears. My rating to this movie is 9/10.

Critic Review of Movie 'Sudani From Nigeria' by Mahadev Chennithala : The name of this movie 'Sudani From Nigeria' is really unique.By hearing this name some may consider it badly while another team interesting. Soubin Sahir who acts as Majeed is a football club manager in Malappuram and his team plays for Sevens Tournament.Samuel(Sudo-Nickname) is an ace striker in Majeed's team which has many players like him imported from Africa.He gets a freak accident and then forced to rest for one month as injury is a little hard to leg and spine.He goes to Majeed's home for rest. The care given by neighbours,villagers and members of home are really beautiful.The love and care given by Mother of Majeed(Savithri Sreedharan) and Beeyumma(Sarasa Balussery) towards Sudo are mind-blowing. Sequences of trouble are faced by Majeed and Sudo in a mixed soup.Arrival of police in some scenes boosts up adrenalin.Sudo's life in Africa is really pathetic.When his Grandmother dies he starts his attempt to go back.There comes the extreme realization that his passport was fake.Atlast after solving problems in a specific manner,he returns to Africa.Sudo's acting is really fantastic.The background of Malappuram families is expressed clearly.Nizar,Majeed's enemy was also good.However the movie can be seen once.But it does not clearly reflect our minds.My rating 2.8/5 NB:My own review.Forgive if there is any mistakes
