I would suggest you measure the stairs carefully; the treadmill I ordered didn't fit. Then I called for a refund. The person kept me on phone for 30 minutes but never processed the refund. I'm now on the phone for second time for 41 minutes and still ticking to process the refund. There are few to no updates on why it is taking so long to process the refund. I would never buy from them again.
