It is an excellent book .I have no hesitation to compliment the editor(Ignacio Lago) in particular and the contributors for the manner in which they put this volume together and shaped in to a wonderful "Handbook on Decentralization ,Devolution and the State" . It is very substantial and significant volume ,both in number of the chapters and the quality of the content. It has a high achievement index in star rating of 9 out of 10.
