I only watch this program when certain presenters are presenting it - Alison Hammond, Craig Doyle, Dermit O'Leary and Josie Gibson.
Today, the new presenters are just awful! Wooden, unrelaxed, aloof and just not right at all.
I won't be watching from now on.

Not as good as previous years. The format from week one was & remains, amateurish. Contestants are all too good (except Bev from Happy Mondays) but one contestant let it slip that they have been learning for months. Even Phil& Holly look embarrassed to be hosting such a poor standard of show. This needs to be the last.

Very disappointing. Dame Judy Dench did not have a good Irish accent although she didn’t have much dialogue. Scenes were short. A lot of scenes were about the father leaving to go to England, followed by the next scene showing him returning after two weeks away!

Whilst the scientific facts are well explained and the recipe suggestions given appear to be easy to follow, the book is written by medical people not chefs. Thus, 2 out of three recipes were just awful either in taste or appearance. A few recipes end up too watery; the curry ones do not have much taste! So, although I’ve lost weight it really is down to me just eating simple meals of protein & veg!
