Yay and Nay
Not as dynamic as the time reversal ability in the previous game. I played until episode 2, and then I just decided to watch the storyline of episode 3 and 4 on Youtube because its not worth paying money and playing through it myself. I feel like my choices do not have really significant impact and the superpowers are very VERY underused. The powers should have been in our control all the time like in Life is Strange 1, where you need the powers to solve so many cool puzzles.
However, on a positive note, the storyline and the emotions are really brilliant. (spoiler ahead) I loved Daniel and Sean's moms narrative. That moment she talks about her life decisions in episode 4 was very deep. I really liked it. I also appreciate the inclusiveness of LGBTQ themes within episode 3 and hints of it in episode 4. Overall, good story, and I mean story alone but I just wouldnt spend money on it as a computet game because there isnt much to play with. Its just a beautifully drawn interactive movie to watch.
