Absolutely one of the best series on tv. Billy Bob Thornton gives an Emmy winning performance; especially in first episode (or second) explaining why the oil industry is so important. Riveting.

Positive comment first. I do love Robin Wright whom I felt did an amazing job and would love to see a sequel with her on her own.... Now the rest..l was riveted to my tv set the first 5 seasons, a marked disappointment this final season. Other than the character Frank Underwood being missed, I thought the series felt rushed, choppy editing and surprisingly robotic acting at times. My opinions only, not meant to be snarky..I was just disappointed as I am a HUGE HOC fan!

I loved this version...a HUGE Dominic West fan...he did a FANTASTIC job in the lead role as Jean Valjean. The entire cast was superb..Masterpiece PBS presented in 6 episodes and I feel this was just right.not too short, not too long. I friggin’ LOVED this series for so many reasons....too numerous to type here..JUST WATCH IT IF YOU HAVEN’T..A ROYAL TREAT!
