Needed some help planning my wedding so I downloaded Zola and started planning. They had everything layout so I was excited they did all the heavy lifting. Fast forward to the ordering process of my save the dates and invites which was very stressful. The print on the invitations and rsvp cards were extremely difficult to read and a completely night and day from the save the dates that I previously ordered. Zola was able to reprint and send out a new batch. I was so excited till I saw that the return address is wrong on my envelopes. Why wasn’t the product checked before shipped out to me ? To keep the time line of my wedding and my sanity I have to now spend more money and time to fix this problem on my own because I can not trust that Zola will properly take care of my needs. Will definitely express to anyone that will listen about my experience with Zola. Good luck to anyone that uses them.
