Spoiler Alert:
This one's not like the usual series where the protagonist is the victim. There are many aspects shown, like the clichéd and omnipresent male chauvinism, bullying, trustworthy and envious friends, worried parents, spoiled kid etc.
However, the crux is how tough it might be for the audience to believe that Berta is telling the till the end of the series or till she commits suicide, since she was psychologically unwell and there was a scene where she lied about her mother being seriously ill.
Reality is so close. The woman is blamed for so many reasons and the sexual abuse is not seen exclusively by most of the population. Alma is shown as a strong character who stood up for her old friend, Berta.
I loved Greta's and Alma's friendship, with Nata's feelings tainted by envy, upper-class narrow mindedness and romantic confusion.
The part of the series where Hernan's actions, so common in reality, were shown as ignorance followed by realization and humility after Alma confronts him was really good.
Of course, it's fiction and complete entertainment. It will have a lot of extravagance and unrealistic aspects which one might get annoyed with and can't relate to.
