Gary Oldman as Churchill is very convincing. He portrayed how a newly appointed Prime Minister did not succumb to the temptation of appeasing Hitler and went on to lead England to victory against a monstrous dictator. And it helped that he had a splendid wife who stood by him in this darkest hour. Well done, what an inspiring movie!

I thoroughly enjoyed the movie. Lots of action combined with drama. I cried many times. I smiled many times, I laughed many times. And had my behind off the seat many times too.

A love story combined with suspense, reminds me of my youth when the cold War was still in place. So much has changed since then. I watched it because of Omar Sharif, lol 😆 it is very entertaining, loved it.

It was action filled. Enjoyed it. Classic Indiana Jones, Harrison Ford carried his iconic role so well! Glad he didn't die in the film unlike Star Wars where his character was killed.
