It was expensive, you felt like you were trapped into a contract. It was like you gave the free trial and then made it as difficult as possible to cancel. No reminders that your free trial was up. It was a ploy to get you signed up. Horrible experience that ended up costing a small charity £40 (I did eventually get part of my money back but not all) that could have gone to help someone in the community at a time of real need. Read other reviews of innocent people who have tried to get their money back. Terrible.
