It worked out because the makers hear the audience and redo the design, it's a great movie overall

Great detail of animation, the transition between cgi is smooth plus 60fps, sound engineering is superb

It's funnier than the series the facial expressions are crazier the sound engineering is great, but I felt disgusted by the excessive fan service and too much sexual stuff
