Have been using the site for a while played the other night and won a fair amount around 980 , decided to pull 850 on Friday it's now Sunday and it's still in pending withdrawal no contact to say why or when it will be processed no emails to say you made a withdrawal all I got was the live chat bot say the same thing usually takes a few hours for withdrawals it's been over 36 hours! Then even a member of staff joined the chat the next day (that's no joke the next day a actual person replied) to just say basically what the bot said and they will sort it out shortly of course there has to be checks but 36+ hours of checks? This site needs a looking over for how it's run how there policy's are incorrect and some actually customer service can't get hold of anyone just have to sit and hope someone reply within a reasonable time it's mental to be honest once this withdrawal has been done that me gone it's not for me too long and lack of customer service imagine if something went wrong and it's taken your money the frustration waiting over 2 days to get a response for them to come back with a automated copy and paste awnser like they will do to this review. (Check yourself before you rickedy wreck yourself)
