Sadly, The Veil turned out to be a complete waste of time. I kept hoping it would improve. It did not. The plot line was grossly convoluted and at times, idiotic. if the creators were aiming for intrigue and suspense, they missed. Elizabeth Moss' performance was melodramatic and difficult to watch. I was initially interested in watching this series because of her, as she has been impressive in the past. In this instance, she was woefully miscast.
